電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓旋轉(zhuǎn)，在進(jìn)料轉(zhuǎn)速狀態(tài)，物料由進(jìn)料管引入轉(zhuǎn)鼓，進(jìn)料達(dá)到預(yù)定容積后停止進(jìn)料，升至高速分離，進(jìn)料和高速分離過(guò)程中，在離心力作用下，液相物穿過(guò)濾網(wǎng)和轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁濾孔排出轉(zhuǎn)鼓，經(jīng)排液管排出機(jī)外，固相物截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。高速分離結(jié)束，停機(jī)后由人工鏟除或抖動(dòng)濾袋，使固相物松散后，沿轉(zhuǎn)鼓下錐面排出轉(zhuǎn)鼓，從機(jī)殼底部排出。

A motor drives the basket. In the process of feeding and high-speed separation, under the centrifugal force, the liquid phase is discharged out of the basket through a filter screen and the holes of the basket wall, and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, with the solid phase left in the basket .The machine stops after the high-speed separation. The filter bag is then cleaned manually, loosening the solid phase and discharging it out of the basket along below conical surface of the basket, from the bottom of the centrifuge.
