特點/characteristic

◆本機為立式轉(zhuǎn)鼓結(jié)構(gòu)，采用機械手夾翻轉(zhuǎn)和噴管作往復(fù)跟蹤的方式。利用超聲波清洗和水氣交替噴射沖洗，能自動完成進(jìn)瓶、超聲波清洗、外洗、內(nèi)洗、出瓶的全過程，整體傳遞過程模擬齒輪外嚙合原理。該機破瓶率低、通用性廣、運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，由于水、管路不交叉污染，*符合GMP的要求。

Use of ultrasonic cleaning and water alternating injection flush, can automatically into the bottle, ultrasonic cleaning, washing, the whole process of washing, the bottles, whole process simulation of the gear meshing theory. The machine broken bottles rate low, wide generality, smooth operation, because the water pipe, no cross contamination, compley accord with the requirement of GMP.

◆進(jìn)瓶采用兩段式網(wǎng)帶結(jié)構(gòu)，保證瓶子在水中有足夠的推力，使螺桿不缺瓶。

◆在螺桿進(jìn)瓶處設(shè)有緩沖裝置，確保進(jìn)瓶處不碎瓶及螺桿的磨損，螺桿采用無毒無污染的聚甲醛材質(zhì)，中心軸不銹鋼軸加強，確保螺桿不變形。
