進口燃氣截止閥屬于燃氣閥門中的一種，也可稱液化氣截止閥(液化氣閥門)。本產(chǎn)品有耐壓、耐腐蝕作用，使用于城市液化氣石油氣貯備站，也使用于煉油廠、石油化工廠、石油化工廠的液化氣系統(tǒng)，作為控制介質(zhì)截的啟閉裝置。
進口燃氣截止閥采用成形聚四氟乙烯/柔性石墨作為密封填料，由填料壓蓋提供初始密封，當(dāng)發(fā)生磨損引起的動密封泄漏時，可用填料壓蓋螺母進行調(diào)整，適用于大多數(shù)高中壓非腐蝕性流體輸送場合。在閥瓣的金屬密封面上設(shè)置一溝槽，鑲裝一軟密封環(huán)與閥座金屬密封面形成軟硬雙重密封結(jié)構(gòu)，提高了密封性能，避免了金屬密封旋轉(zhuǎn)摩擦產(chǎn)生靜電，引起的火花。金屬硬密封面保護軟密封材料過載不受損，延長閥門使用壽命。適用于石油、化工、鋼鐵、水力、電力等行業(yè)。閥座密封面材料為尼龍塑料。
