氨甲環(huán)酸為氨甲苯酸的衍生物，是一種抗纖溶的止血藥物，止血機(jī)制與氨基己酸、氨甲苯酸相同，但作用更強(qiáng)，強(qiáng)度是氨基己酸的7～10倍、氨甲苯酸的2倍。
氨甲環(huán)酸化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)與賴氨酸相似，能競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性阻抑纖溶酶原在纖維蛋白上吸附，防止其激活，保護(hù)纖維蛋白不被纖溶酶所降解和溶解，zui終達(dá)到止血效果。
