氨甲環(huán)酸為氨甲苯酸的衍生物,是一種抗纖溶的止血藥物,止血機(jī)制與氨基己酸、氨甲苯酸相同,但作用更強(qiáng),強(qiáng)度是氨基己酸的7~10倍、氨甲苯酸的2倍。
氨甲環(huán)酸化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)與賴氨酸相似,能競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性阻抑纖溶酶原在纖維蛋白上吸附,防止其激活,保護(hù)纖維蛋白不被纖溶酶所降解和溶解,zui終達(dá)到止血效果。
