◆內(nèi)熱式流化床干燥機(jī)是我廠與四川大學(xué)化工學(xué)院共同研制開發(fā)

的新一代高效節(jié)能干燥裝置。該裝置主要由內(nèi)熱式流化床、送風(fēng) 機(jī)、引風(fēng)機(jī)、空氣預(yù)熱器、旋風(fēng)分離器和水膜除塵器等設(shè)備組成。 環(huán)境空氣經(jīng)送風(fēng)機(jī)吹入預(yù)熱器進(jìn)行預(yù)熱，熱空氣流入流化床，氣 固兩相在流化狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行接觸，傳熱傳質(zhì)，完成對(duì)固體濕物料的 干燥加工．濕物料通過(guò)加料機(jī)連續(xù)加入流化床，干燥產(chǎn)品從卸料 口連續(xù)排出．廢氣經(jīng)旋風(fēng)分離器和水膜除塵器凈化后，由引風(fēng)機(jī) 排出放空。它將內(nèi)加熱構(gòu)件埋置在流化料層中，物料脫水所需熱 量分別由內(nèi)加熱構(gòu)件和流化用熱空氣提供。廣泛適用于精制鹽、 純堿、過(guò)碳酸鈉、芒硝、硝酸鉀、氯化氨等等物料的干 燥和冷卻。?GNL 系列內(nèi)熱式流化床干燥機(jī)

◆內(nèi)熱式流化床由風(fēng)室、流化室、分離室和氣體分布板等構(gòu)成，?

流化室設(shè)置有內(nèi)加熱構(gòu)件，熱氣體經(jīng)分布板均布后進(jìn)入物料 層，使物料處于流化狀態(tài)。埋置在料層中的加熱元件對(duì)流化床 進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充加熱，氣固兩相通過(guò)密切接觸和傳熱傳質(zhì) , 實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)固 體物料的干燥操作。由于干燥器所需的絕大部分熱量以加熱方 式提供，隨尾氣放散的熱量大為減少，熱效率較高，干燥能耗 很低。

◆節(jié)能高效，由于大部分熱量是由換熱效率約在 90% 的埋置在料層中的蒸汽加熱盤管提供，流化用熱空氣 主要作為保證正常流態(tài)化的動(dòng)力，比原有流化床干燥 機(jī)所需熱空氣量大大降低，因此整個(gè)系統(tǒng)能耗及排氣 熱損失也相應(yīng)的大大降低，提高了干燥效率。

◆由于內(nèi)熱式流化床的系統(tǒng)操作氣速比原有流化床低，

可有效降低流化床內(nèi)的物料夾帶損失，相應(yīng)降低了整 個(gè)系統(tǒng)的阻力，減少了環(huán)境污染。

◆系統(tǒng)占地面積小，投資省。

◆具有能量消耗低、設(shè)備體積小、處理能力大的顯著特

點(diǎn)。
