滲氮探頭：
測量變換器 WLD / 熱傳導(dǎo)-氣體探頭
如果在氫探頭內(nèi)通入比較氣體，就可以測量出滲氮混合氣體中的多種成分。（氮?dú)猓瑲錃?，氨氣，含碳?xì)怏w）。氫探頭測量間內(nèi)存在兩個(gè)測量單元，測量氣體通過擴(kuò)散原理繞流過測量單元，產(chǎn)生一個(gè)由測量氣體導(dǎo)熱性所決定的溫度。如果測量氣體含有測量成分，就會(huì)對該溫度產(chǎn)生影響，從而導(dǎo)致輸出信號的變化。

O2 Sensor for determination of leakage rates and measurement of oxygen concentration in furnace atmospheres
Especially during vacuum processes it is important to know whether residue oxygen is still present in the furnace. With the oxygen sensor can be provided evidence that the process can run off sure.
The signal of the oxygen sensor offers the possibility to set process specific limit values, with which actions can be initiated, e.g. the termination of the heat treatment procedure or the discharging of emergency gassings etc. The ECS-2000 batch comparison function ensures a simple analysis of the sensor signal in the event of same processes.
The signal of the oxygen sensor is pressure independent!
Oxygen Sensor:
New, revolutionary measuring procedure with a modified zircon measuring cell (heated), attached online to the reactor. The measuring cell is equipped with an oxygen pump and permanently provides an exchange of the atmosphere at the measuring cell. The oxygen pump works according to a physical principle similarly the heat convection.
