QBY型工程塑料氣動(dòng)隔膜泵 產(chǎn)品信息
QBY型工程塑料氣動(dòng)隔膜泵是目前國(guó)內(nèi)穎的一種泵，對(duì)于各種腐蝕性液體，帶顆粒、高粘度、易揮發(fā)、易燃、易爆、劇毒的液體、陶瓷釉漿、果漿、膠水、油輪倉(cāng)庫油回收、臨時(shí)倒罐等液體均能予以抽光吸盡。泵體過流部件材質(zhì)采用不銹鋼、鋁合金、鑄鐵、工程塑料，隔膜根據(jù)不同液體分別采用丁晴橡膠、氟橡膠、氯丁橡膠、聚四氟乙烯及聚全氟乙丙烯（F46）。
產(chǎn)品用途
1、無軸封、無泄漏、流道寬敞，所以輸送含顆粒，高粘度（粘度可達(dá)1萬厘泊），易揮發(fā)和腐蝕性介質(zhì)時(shí)，不會(huì)造成環(huán)境污染和危害人身安全。
2、無旋轉(zhuǎn)部件，通過性能好，允許通過顆粒直徑達(dá)10mm。液體無剪切流動(dòng)，泵自身部件磨損小。對(duì)輸送物損傷小，可輸送污泥和生命體如小魚苗之類。
3、不需灌引水，自吸能力強(qiáng)，吸程高達(dá)7m，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間干呼吸，對(duì)泵不損壞。一旦超負(fù)荷，泵便會(huì)自動(dòng)停機(jī)，負(fù)荷恢復(fù)正常時(shí)，能自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行，具有自我保護(hù)功能（電動(dòng)泵無此功能）。
4、氣動(dòng)隔膜泵揚(yáng)程達(dá)50m，電動(dòng)泵達(dá)30m，出口壓力可達(dá)0.6mpa。揚(yáng)程、流量可通過氣閥開度實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)，氣壓調(diào)節(jié)在1-7kgf/cm2之間電動(dòng)泵無此功能，進(jìn)口需裝調(diào)節(jié)閥控制。
5、氣動(dòng)隔膜泵可以浸沒在介質(zhì)中工作，無電源通過，安全可靠（電動(dòng)泵無此性能）。
6、氣動(dòng)隔膜泵不需電源，更適合易燃、易爆場(chǎng)合的介質(zhì)輸送。
