河山牌W型水力噴射器是一種具有抽真空、冷凝、排水等三種有效能的機(jī)械裝置。它是利用一定壓力的水流通過對(duì)稱均布成一定傾斜度的噴咀噴出，聚合在一個(gè)焦點(diǎn)上。

由于噴射水流速度很高，于是周圍形成負(fù)壓使器室內(nèi)產(chǎn)生真空、另外由于二次蒸汽與噴射水流直接接觸，進(jìn)行熱交換，絕大部份的蒸汽冷凝成水，少量未被冷凝的蒸汽與不凝結(jié)的氣體亦由于與高速噴射的水流互相摩擦，混合與擠壓，通過擴(kuò)壓管被排除，使器室內(nèi)形成更高的真空。但目前生產(chǎn)水力噴射器的制造廠較少，品種亦不齊全，為此，我單位近年來不斷改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)。采用多噴咀與汽環(huán)(導(dǎo)向盤)等結(jié)構(gòu)，以及用多級(jí)泵進(jìn)水，低位安裝，只需安裝高度4．5米，完善與提高了其工作性能，具有一定的*性、是真空冷凝設(shè)備的一種革新。
產(chǎn)品用途
水力噴射器應(yīng)用極為廣泛，主要用于真空與蒸發(fā)系統(tǒng)，進(jìn)行真空抽水、真空蒸發(fā)、真空過濾、真空結(jié)晶、干燥、脫臭等工藝，是制糖、制藥、化工、食品、制鹽、味精、牛奶、發(fā)酵以及一些輕工、門廣泛需求的設(shè)備。
