1. 2XZ型直聯(lián)真空泵是用來對密封容器抽除氣體的基本設(shè)備之一。它可單獨作用，也可作為增壓泵、擴(kuò)散泵、分子泵等的前級泵，維持泵，鈦泵的預(yù)抽泵用?？捎糜陔娬婵掌骷圃臁⒈仄恐圃?、真空焊接、印刷、吸塑、制冷設(shè)備修理以及儀器儀表配套等。因為它具有體積小、質(zhì)量輕、操聲低等優(yōu)點，所以更適宜于實驗室里使用。
2.泵在環(huán)境溫度540范圍內(nèi)，進(jìn)氣口壓強(qiáng)小于1.3X103帕的條件下允許長期連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)，被抽氣體相對濕度大于90%時，應(yīng)開氣鎮(zhèn)閥。
3.泵進(jìn)氣口連續(xù)暢通大氣運轉(zhuǎn)不得超過一分種。
