人孔是安裝在儲(chǔ)罐頂上的安全應(yīng)急通氣裝置，通常與防火器、機(jī)械呼吸閥配套使用，既能避免因意外原因造成罐內(nèi)急劇超壓或真空時(shí)，損壞儲(chǔ)罐而發(fā)生事故，又有起到安全阻火作用，是保護(hù)儲(chǔ)罐的安全裝置，特別適用于貯存物料以氮?dú)夥忭數(shù)墓绊敵汗?。具有定壓排放、定壓吸入、開閉靈活、安全阻火、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、密封性能好、安全可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
垂直吊蓋帶頸平焊法蘭人孔HG21520-95規(guī)定了碳素鋼、低合金鋼制垂直吊蓋帶頸平焊法人孔的型式、基本參數(shù)、尺寸、技術(shù)要求和有關(guān)使用規(guī)定。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于公稱壓力PN1.0~1.6MPa、工作溫度根據(jù)材料類別限定在表3-2規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)的垂直吊蓋帶頸平焊法蘭人孔。
