★進料斗、螺旋送料器、擠壓器和擠出機頭孔板都拆裝方便、易于清洗。

★螺桿結(jié)構(gòu)，使物料受旋轉(zhuǎn)的螺桿向前推力的作用被擠壓，擠壓均勻、因而成型率高、成品顆粒致密；連續(xù)作業(yè)，生產(chǎn)效率高；可同時為多臺滾圓機造丸供料。

★提供多種孔徑的篩網(wǎng)，便于調(diào)控以獲取不同直徑擠壓物。

★采用變頻調(diào)速，可在一定范圍內(nèi)調(diào)速,以適應(yīng)不同物料對轉(zhuǎn)速的不同需求，實時調(diào)整擠出速度，使擠出效果達(dá)到。使品種選擇范圍更廣。

★Provide sieves with different bore diameter, it is convenient to control so that can obtain column granules with different diameter. Use inverter to adjust the speed, can adjust the speed in a certain range so that can adapt to different speed requirements for different material.
