高位碼垛線

全自動高位碼垛生產(chǎn)線采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)，根據(jù)客戶的不同的需求進(jìn)行模塊化配置。
包裝部分配置全自動 YCM-P 系列包裝機(jī)。
生產(chǎn)線包含高速縫口系統(tǒng)、倒袋輸送裝置、雙層壓包輸送裝置、轉(zhuǎn)位編組輸送裝置、高位碼垛機(jī)、自動套膜機(jī)、自動托盤庫、垛盤輸送系統(tǒng)，生產(chǎn)線實(shí)際產(chǎn)量可達(dá)1200 包 / 小時。
根據(jù)客戶要求配置金屬檢測系統(tǒng)、重量檢測系統(tǒng)，將不合格產(chǎn)品剔除，質(zhì)量，降低投訴風(fēng)險。配有自動噴碼設(shè)備，為客戶提供更好的產(chǎn)品辨識追溯，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的控制和管理。
使用套膜機(jī)代替了在線纏繞機(jī)，使垛盤更加穩(wěn)固美觀，每小可產(chǎn)量可達(dá) 60 垛，提高生產(chǎn)線的產(chǎn)量，使用拉伸膜代替纏繞膜降低了生產(chǎn)成本。

Full-automatic High-level Palletizer Production Line

The High-level Palletizer Production Line adopts the modulardesign, modular setup can be different according to the differentrequirements of customers.
YCM-P series of Full-automatic Packaging Machine is equipped inthe packaging part.
The production line includes High-speed Sewing System, Pushingａnd Convey Mechanism, Double-level Flatting and ConveyMechanism, Transposition Marshalling Mechanism, High LevelPalletizer, Automatic Film Packaging Machine, Automatic PalletStorehouse, and Pallet Convey System. The actual output ofproduction line can be up to 1200 bags/h.
The Metal Detection System and the Weight Detection System canbe equipped per customers’ requirements to get rid of unqualifiedproducts to ensure product quality.There is Automatic IndustrialInkjet Printer to help customers recognize and retrospect products,this enhance the control and management of products.
Film Packaging Machine replaces Online Winding Machine,which makes the pallets steadier in order. Film PackagingMachine can film 60 stacks/h, it increases the output ofproduction line. And using stretched film instead of wrappingfilm reduces production costs.
