PGWGJ0703自動高溫高剪切粘度測定器
檢測原理：
高溫高剪切粘度測定儀參照SH/T0703、ASTM D5481標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計和生產(chǎn)，用于測定機油在高溫高剪切條件下的粘度值。在150℃的恒溫條件下，注射管內(nèi)的油樣通過連接注射管的氣泵實現(xiàn)進樣和標(biāo)量，并在0.5-3.5MPa的惰性氣體壓力下流經(jīng)0.15mm內(nèi)徑的毛細(xì)管，以模擬高溫高剪切的實際應(yīng)用場景。實驗自動記錄時長和實驗穩(wěn)定氣壓，并自動計算待測油樣的高溫高剪切粘度值。

Detection principle:
High temperature high shear viscosity meter (SH/T0703, ASTM D5481 standard design and production, is used to measure the oil under the condition of high temperature and high shear viscosity values.At 150 ℃ under the condition of constant temperature, the injection tube sample injection by connecting tube of the pump to achieve sampling and scalar, and 0.5 3.5 MPa in inert gas under pressure through the 0.15 mm diameter of capillary, to simulate the practical application of high temperature and high shear.Experiments for the automatic recording time and stable air pressure, and automatically calculate the high temperature high shear viscosity of the sample under test values.
