自動旋轉(zhuǎn)式壓片機
主要特點
♦外圍罩殼為全封閉，材料采用不銹鋼，內(nèi)部臺面用不銹鋼材料，能保持表面光澤及防止交叉污染，符合MGP要求。♦裝有透明防護罩可以清楚的觀察壓片的狀態(tài)。側(cè)面板能全部打開，易于清洗和保養(yǎng)。♦所有控制器和操作件均布局合理，采用人機界面變頻調(diào)速裝置進行電氣調(diào)速和反逆轉(zhuǎn)。♦操作方便，轉(zhuǎn)動平穩(wěn)，安全準確。實行機電一體化，采用觸摸屏PLC控制及操作。♦傳動系統(tǒng)密閉在機器主體下方油箱中，是安全風隔的獨立部件，亦不會互相污染，易散熱且耐磨。♦機器裝有吸塵裝置，能將室內(nèi)飛揚的粉塵吸收干凈。♦本機壓力大，能適應(yīng)各類大、小片及難成型片劑的生產(chǎn)，是片劑生產(chǎn)的設(shè)備。
MAIN FEATURE

♦All the controllers and operating parts are reasonable layout, man-machine interface adopts variable frequency variable speed device and anti reverse.
The operation is convenient, smooth rotation, safe and accurate. ♦Mechanical and electrical integration, the use of touch screen PLC control and operation.
♦The transmission system is sealed in the machine body below the tank, is the independent component of security isolation, nor mutual pollution, easy to heat and wear.
♦The machine is provided with a suction device, the absorption of a clean indoor flying dust.
