主要特點
外圍罩殼為全封閉，材料采用不銹鋼，內(nèi)部臺面用不銹鋼材料，能保持表面光澤及防止交叉污染，符合MGP要求。裝有透明玻璃的門窗，能清楚的觀察壓片的狀態(tài)，并且能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部清洗和保養(yǎng)。采用變頻調(diào)速裝置進(jìn)行電氣調(diào)速，操作方便，移動平穩(wěn)，安全準(zhǔn)確。所有的轉(zhuǎn)動裝置均布置在機器內(nèi)部，保持機件清潔。液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計合理，能保證液壓系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定。配有過載保護(hù)裝置，當(dāng)壓力過載時，能自動停機。本機配有電磁制動電動機和其它安全保護(hù)裝置，運行時也能調(diào)整與操作。沖?？膳cZP19.ZP33.ZP35B壓片機通用。
