主要特點(diǎn)                                                            

♦外圍罩殼為全封閉，材料采用不銹鋼，內(nèi)部臺(tái)面用不銹鋼材料，能保持表面光澤及防止交叉污染，符合MGP。

♦用透明防護(hù)罩可以清楚地看到機(jī)械操作情況。且能全部打開(kāi)易于清洗和保養(yǎng)。

♦轉(zhuǎn)速為無(wú)極調(diào)速，可以任意調(diào)節(jié)。

♦實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)電一體化，采用觸摸鍵及顯示屏（轉(zhuǎn)速、產(chǎn)量、故障）等顯示。

♦傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)密閉在機(jī)器主體下方油箱中，是安全分隔的獨(dú)立部件，不會(huì)互相污染，又使傳動(dòng)軸浸潤(rùn)油池中，得到充分的潤(rùn)滑，噪音和磨損減少。

♦機(jī)械裝有吸塵裝置，能將壓制室內(nèi)飛揚(yáng)的粉塵吸收干凈。

♦壓制雙層片時(shí)，產(chǎn)量減半。
