主要用途   

本機(jī)是我廠開發(fā)研制而成的單壓式自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)壓片機(jī)，它將顆粒狀的原料壓制成各種普通型及異形片。主要適用于電子、食品、日用品，制藥等工業(yè)部門外圍罩殼為全封閉形式，材料采用不銹鋼，符合MGP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。裝有透明玻璃的門窗，能清楚地看到機(jī)器的工作情況且能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部清洗和保養(yǎng)。本機(jī)具有壓力大，壓力范圍大，能壓普通和異形，環(huán)形等多種形狀片劑的特點(diǎn)，特別適合多品種、小批量生產(chǎn)。機(jī)電一體，所有控制器及調(diào)節(jié)裝置集中集體一側(cè)，易于操作。配有壓力過(guò)載保護(hù)裝置，避免機(jī)器損壞。采用油浸式潤(rùn)滑的傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)密閉在機(jī)體下方，延長(zhǎng)了使用壽命避免了交叉污染。沖?？膳cZP17壓片機(jī)通用。
