主要用途                                                           

本機(jī)是一種單壓式自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)，連續(xù)壓片的機(jī)器，將顆料狀原料壓制成各種片劑。它主要用于制藥片劑生產(chǎn)，同時(shí)適用于化工、食品、電子等工業(yè)部門。外圍罩殼為全封閉形式，材料采用不銹鋼，內(nèi)部臺(tái)面用不銹鋼材料，轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)表面經(jīng)特殊處理，能保持表面光澤與防止交叉污染，符合MGP要求。裝有透明玻璃的門窗，能清楚觀察壓片的狀態(tài)，并且能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部清洗和保養(yǎng)。所有控制器和操作件均布局合理。采用變頻調(diào)速裝置進(jìn)行電氣調(diào)速，操作方便，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，安全準(zhǔn)確。所有的傳動(dòng)裝置均布置在機(jī)器內(nèi)部，保持機(jī)件清潔。

The doors and Windows of transparent glass can clearly observe the state of the press, and it can be fully opened and easily cleaned and maintained. All controllers and operating units are well laid out. The speed regulating device is adopted to adjust the speed of electric speed, the operation is convenient, the rotation is smooth, the safety is accurate. All transmission units are arranged inside the machine, keeping the machine clean.
