Keysight N8900 series provides 5 kW/10 kW/15 kW automatic range adjustment, single output programmed dc power supply, suitable for ATE applications with appropriate performance at moderate price. The N8900 series power supply features automatic range regulation output across the entire power range to provide a wide range of voltage and current combinations, thus providing unprecedented flexibility. A power supply with "rectangular" or conventional output characteristics provides full power in only one combination of voltage and current. A single N8900 is capable of handling multiple power supplies. It is a multi-in-one power supply!
The N8900 series provides stable output power, built-in voltage and current measurements, and automatic range adjustment of output voltage and current from 80 V to 1500 V and 10 A to 510 A, respectively. The power supply provides many readily accessible system features (e.g., multiple standard I/O interfaces) to simplify and accelerate test system development, and the compact 3U design also saves rack space. If more power is required, you can easily parallel the device to create a total output power of more than 100 kW. The built-in master/slave control allows you to program the entire power supply without having to program each power supply individually.
