設(shè)備概述:
EDI又稱電除鹽,是20世紀(jì)開始逐漸發(fā)展起來的新型超純水制備技術(shù),是純水生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的一次革命性的進(jìn)步。該技術(shù)巧妙地將電滲析技術(shù)和離子交換技術(shù)相結(jié)合,通過陰,陽離子交換膜對陰,陽離子的選擇性透過作用與離子交換樹脂對離子的交換作用,在直流電場的作用下實(shí)現(xiàn)離子的定向遷移,從而完成水的深度除鹽,同時水電離產(chǎn)生的氫離子和氫氧根離子對離子交換樹脂進(jìn)行再生,因此不需酸堿化學(xué)而能連續(xù)制取超純水。
BRIFE INTRODUCTION:
EDI,also known as electric desalination. It is a new ultra pure water technology which gradually developed in the 20th century. EDI equipment combined electro dialysis technology and ion exchange technology. It is using the selectivity penetrate function of anion and cation membrane and exchange function of ion exchange resin,under direct current electric field to make ion directed migration.Finally to make deep desalination of water.in the same time,hydrogen ion and hydroxide ion which produced when water ionize will regenerate,ion exchange resin.So if use EDI equipment, no need acid and alkali chemical to do any regeneration,and it can produce ultra pure water continuously.
