| D系列雙轉(zhuǎn)鼓（流體預加速）臥式螺旋自動卸料沉降離心機技術(shù)：在離心加速度理論基礎之上，根據(jù)流體運動原理，增加雙轉(zhuǎn)鼓預加速功能結(jié)構(gòu)，避免工作時外界流體物料進入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機有效工作內(nèi)腔時，因物料短時間內(nèi)無法與高速旋轉(zhuǎn)鼓同步形成腔體內(nèi)流體紊亂區(qū)及流體墻現(xiàn)象，降低因流體旋轉(zhuǎn)紊亂造成的物料顆粒對螺旋推料器磨損現(xiàn)象，解決離心機分離后的懸浮液體中比重小的固體排渣困難問題。
| The technique of （LW）D series double-bowl（fluid pre-acceleration）horizontal solid-bowl scroll-discharge decanter centrifuge：Based on the theory of centrifugal acceleration，according to the principle of fluid motion，adds pre-acceleration function structure of double-bowl，then following situations and problems can be avoided or eased： a. To avoid the phenomenon of fluid turbulence region and fluid wall caused by low rotate speed； b.
