GD6-200C給袋式包裝機
本機是在消化和吸取國內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品的*經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上，研制出的新一代產(chǎn)品。它應(yīng)用廣泛，適用于各種物料的包裝。通過與液體灌裝機、組合秤、螺桿秤等配套使用，可進行液體、粉劑、顆粒、固體等各種物料的包裝，只需根據(jù)不同的物料選擇不同計量充填裝置即可。該機采用了的PLC控制系統(tǒng)和觸摸屏的操作系統(tǒng)，使用變頻調(diào)速裝置,在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)可隨意調(diào)節(jié)速度;具有自動檢測功能(如不開袋或開袋不完整時,不加料,不熱封,袋子可再次利用。);當(dāng)工作氣壓或加熱管故障時,將有報警提示。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需要可選擇工位要求（如六工位，八工位）。本機與物料接觸部位均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼制作。本機符合GMP要求。

GD6-200C Pouch Packing Machine
This machine is a new generation, based on the experience of the same products home and abroad, this is a new generation.
It is widely used for packing various kinds of materials. Assorted with liquid filling device, combination weigher, screw scale, it can pack different materials like liquid, powder, granular, solid and so on.
Using the famous brａnd PLC and touch screen, it is easy to operate. Frequency control device can adjust the speed optionally in the suitable limit. IF the bag is not opened enough, the automatic detection function will not fill and seal and reuse the bags. It can alarm when the working air pressure and heating pipe have breakdown. According to the capacity, you can choose different working positions like six and eight.
The parts contacting with material use the high quality stainless steel.
