螺旋板式換熱器的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
1、熱效率高
螺旋板式換熱器能使兩種熱交換流體處于較低的流速下，激起湍流，從而提高傳熱效率。
2、體積小、占地面積少 
螺旋板式換熱器占地面積為列管換熱器的30%左右。
3、組裝方便
當(dāng)工藝條件和產(chǎn)量變化時(shí)，要增減板片數(shù)量或改變板片組裝流程通道形式。
4、耗能低
螺旋板式換熱器主要由不銹鋼或鈦合金壓制的傳熱片、密封膠墊、夾緊螺栓和壓緊板整機(jī)框架等零部件組成。
5、熱損失小
螺旋板式換熱器由于板片周圍邊暴露在空氣中，不需要采用保溫層。
