1、概述：本組合件適用于啤酒等行業(yè)，安裝于100~400m3發(fā)酵罐，清酒罐罐體的頂部。組合件由法蘭平蓋，止回閥（氣液分流器）、自動(dòng)排氣閥、防止真空閥、視鏡及洗罐器（洗球）組成。它具有保壓、穩(wěn)壓、防止真空以及氣體回心等作用。 1、 將組件裝置于罐頂人孔法蘭上，連接氣液分流器接管品。 2、自動(dòng)排氣閥與防止真空閥均為杠桿結(jié)構(gòu)，可調(diào)杠桿上重錘的位置來(lái)設(shè)定工作壓力。調(diào)整后應(yīng)將重錘上的緊定螺釘緊固好。 3、自動(dòng)排氣閥可調(diào)整螺栓限定杠桿起跳高度來(lái)控制排氣量。 4、罐體工作時(shí)，氣液分流器接管口排出回收氣體，洗罐時(shí)，該接管口由通發(fā)洗滌液。
