安裝及使用：
Installation ａnd use：
一、 安裝
1、 使用本設(shè)備必須配裝有高純度99.9%二氧化碳?xì)怏w的鋼瓶（注：用戶自備），鋼瓶壓力
不低于 1MPA，經(jīng)減壓閥后調(diào)節(jié)壓力為0.05MPA，將出氣閥關(guān)閉后用橡膠管聯(lián)結(jié)箱體后面
的二氧化碳進(jìn)氣口。使用時(shí)開(kāi)啟進(jìn)氣閥門。
2、 本設(shè)備應(yīng)安放在干燥、平整、無(wú)有毒有害氣體的場(chǎng)所，并應(yīng)避免陽(yáng)光直射，培養(yǎng)箱四周
要有一定的空間，以便于加水和維護(hù)保養(yǎng)。
3、 培養(yǎng)箱推薦使用最合適的環(huán)境溫度為20～25℃。
4、 本機(jī)使用的220V/50Hz交流電源，應(yīng)有可靠接地，以確保使用者的操作安全。
二、 使用
水套式培養(yǎng)箱按上述要求安裝妥善后，按下列步驟操作。
1、灌水
(1） 先關(guān)閉培養(yǎng)箱底部水開(kāi)關(guān)，然后將橡膠管一端接上，橡膠管另一端接通水源，接著打
開(kāi)培養(yǎng) 箱底部水開(kāi)關(guān)，水即可灌入水套。
(2） 先關(guān)閉培養(yǎng)箱底部水開(kāi)關(guān)，然后將灌滿水的橡膠管一端連接上，另一端則浸沒(méi)在盛滿水
的容器底部，并使該容器放于培養(yǎng)箱頂，通過(guò)水位差原理進(jìn)水，接著打開(kāi)底部水開(kāi)關(guān)，容器
中的水即漸漸灌入水套。
以上兩種灌水方法可任選一種。
打開(kāi)培養(yǎng)箱電源開(kāi)關(guān)，接通電源。打開(kāi)培養(yǎng)箱門，放好擱板，箱內(nèi)處理干凈。
2、 面板功能操作
（1）箱溫設(shè)定：按一下“溫度設(shè)定"鍵，配合“增加"鍵和“減少"鍵，可設(shè)置你需要的溫
度。
（2）CO2濃度設(shè)定：按一下“濃度設(shè)定"鍵，配合“增加"鍵和“減少"鍵，可設(shè)置你需
要的濃 度。如果不需CO2濃度控制時(shí)，請(qǐng)將濃度的設(shè)定值設(shè)為0，可延長(zhǎng)電磁閥的使用壽
命。
3、 二氧化碳濃度控制檢查：在箱溫到達(dá)37℃，恒溫二小時(shí)后進(jìn)行檢查。
（1） 打開(kāi)鋼瓶，減壓閥輸出壓力調(diào)節(jié)在0.05MPA，使二氧化碳?xì)怏w進(jìn)入箱內(nèi)，1分鐘后可
見(jiàn)顯示屏上濃度值逐漸升高，10分鐘左右即可達(dá)到5.0%（設(shè)定值為5.0%），穩(wěn)定二小時(shí)，
濃度顯示值應(yīng)該在（5±0.3）%范圍內(nèi)波動(dòng)。工作正常。
（2） 外門打開(kāi)時(shí)，可自動(dòng)切斷二氧化碳進(jìn)氣，節(jié)約用氣。
4、 門溫控制檢驗(yàn)
箱后門溫設(shè)定值設(shè)在38℃，在箱內(nèi)放有加濕槽情況下，玻璃門上應(yīng)無(wú)凝水。
經(jīng)過(guò)上述步驟檢查后，培養(yǎng)箱能正常工作，即可投入正常使用。
三 本控制操作系統(tǒng)有記憶功能，關(guān)機(jī)后再開(kāi)機(jī)顯示值為上次使用時(shí)的設(shè)定值。
1、 每次設(shè)置完畢新的溫度值，可將培養(yǎng)箱后側(cè)作過(guò)溫保護(hù)作用的機(jī)械式溫控器的旋鈕調(diào)節(jié)
至培養(yǎng)箱的設(shè)置溫度+5℃。
2、不需要使用時(shí)請(qǐng)關(guān)掉總電源開(kāi)關(guān)，并拔去電源插頭。
注意事項(xiàng)
1、水套式培養(yǎng)箱應(yīng)注意水位，當(dāng)水位偏低時(shí)，水位報(bào)警燈亮，再按前述要求加水即可。
2、培養(yǎng)箱應(yīng)安裝在避免陽(yáng)光，通風(fēng)的地方。并與墻壁有10公分的間距。搬動(dòng)時(shí)應(yīng)小心，不
可平放和倒立運(yùn)輸。
3、培養(yǎng)箱表面嚴(yán)禁用腐蝕性物品擦洗，以免損傷設(shè)備，箱內(nèi)用干布定期擦凈。
4、培養(yǎng)箱在出廠前廠方已對(duì)有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行修正，用戶若有特殊要求，請(qǐng)?jiān)趶S方指導(dǎo)下操作。
5、如停止培養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)，請(qǐng)將培養(yǎng)箱內(nèi)的濕度盤取出，并將培養(yǎng)箱內(nèi)擦干凈。
6、當(dāng)箱溫傳感器發(fā)生故障時(shí)，溫度窗口上排顯示為“□□□□"，自動(dòng)關(guān)斷加熱輸出，蜂鳴
器鳴叫，可點(diǎn)擊“消音"鍵消音，然后請(qǐng)專業(yè)維修人員修理。
7、如果打開(kāi)鋼瓶減壓閥的高壓和低壓輸出后，培養(yǎng)箱面板上“快充"和“慢充"指示燈未
亮，卻聽(tīng)到培養(yǎng)箱內(nèi)有“滋滋"漏氣的聲音，那可能是氣路中的硅膠管接口處被沖開(kāi)，此時(shí)
可用十字螺絲刀擰開(kāi)培養(yǎng)箱邊門上的螺絲，拿下邊門，檢查培養(yǎng)箱控制室內(nèi)的氣路是否有被
沖斷開(kāi)，若有，請(qǐng)連接上，并減小二氧化碳鋼瓶的減壓閥低壓端的輸出壓力。在此操作前，
請(qǐng)先關(guān)閉電源開(kāi)關(guān)并拔下電源插頭后再檢查并連結(jié)。
8、 每次設(shè)置完畢新的溫度值，不要忘記將培養(yǎng)箱后側(cè)作過(guò)溫保護(hù)作用的機(jī)械式溫控器的旋
鈕調(diào)節(jié)至培養(yǎng)箱的設(shè)置溫度+5℃。若溫度設(shè)置過(guò)高，起不到保護(hù)培養(yǎng)箱內(nèi)的培養(yǎng)物，若溫度
設(shè)置過(guò)低，則達(dá)不到培養(yǎng)箱的設(shè)置溫度。
9、 設(shè)備若工作不正常，請(qǐng)與生產(chǎn)廠方聯(lián)系，判斷為溫控器或電機(jī)的故障，則需廠方派人維
修。
10、培養(yǎng)箱在出廠之前廠方已對(duì)有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行修正,用戶不必自行修正,以免引起不必要損失,
若需修正,必須在廠方指導(dǎo)下操作.
11、 燈管若有損壞，需更換燈管時(shí)，請(qǐng)關(guān)閉電源開(kāi)關(guān)并拔下電源插頭后再更換。打開(kāi)外門和
玻璃門，擰下燈管就可更換了。
如需更換熔斷器，須先拔去電源插頭，然后擰出熔斷器蓋，更換新的熔芯后，再擰入熔斷器
盒蓋即可。
12、若培養(yǎng)箱內(nèi)的實(shí)際溫度與顯示溫度的誤差很大，且打開(kāi)培養(yǎng)箱外門聽(tīng)不見(jiàn)風(fēng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)
聲，可檢查風(fēng)機(jī)的保護(hù)熔斷器是否熔斷。在此操作前，請(qǐng)先關(guān)閉電源開(kāi)關(guān)并拔下電源插頭后
再檢查并更換。若培養(yǎng)箱的溫度顯示沒(méi)有，可檢查變壓器的初級(jí)和次級(jí)繞組的保護(hù)熔斷器是
否熔斷，在此操作前，請(qǐng)先關(guān)閉電源開(kāi)關(guān)并拔下電源插頭后再檢查并更換。
13、培養(yǎng)箱停止不用請(qǐng)關(guān)閉電源，并拔下電源插頭，同時(shí)關(guān)閉二氧化碳?xì)怏w的鋼瓶總閥和低
壓氣體輸出端。
