VF系列渦街流量計(jì)（旋渦型）是根據(jù)卡門(mén)旋渦原理，采用的微功耗處理器和頻譜分析的方法采集數(shù)據(jù)及*的流量?jī)x表制造工藝技術(shù)，成功開(kāi)發(fā)出智能機(jī)電一體化的新型渦街流量計(jì)。儀表常數(shù)穩(wěn)定，測(cè)量范圍廣，壓力損失小，安裝及使用維護(hù)方面簡(jiǎn)單、經(jīng)濟(jì)。特別是解決了耐高溫、抗振動(dòng)、微功耗等關(guān)鍵性問(wèn)題。廣泛應(yīng)用于封閉管道中蒸汽、氣體和液體介質(zhì)的質(zhì)量流量和體積流量的計(jì)量。

▲ 測(cè)量氣體流量時(shí),若被測(cè)氣體中含有少量的液體,流量計(jì)應(yīng)安裝在管線(xiàn)的較高處.
When the flowmeter is used to measure gas flow,if there is small amount of liquid in the gas,the flowmeter shall be installed at the higher position of the pipeline.

▲ 若被測(cè)氣體中含有少量的液體,氣體流向應(yīng)由上而下.

■ 流量計(jì)和顯示儀運(yùn)行前的準(zhǔn)備工作
Preparation before the operation of flowmeter and display meter.
▲ 仔細(xì)檢查流量計(jì)的安裝,接線(xiàn)等是否正確無(wú)誤.
▲ 接通顯示儀電源,觀察顯示儀是否有流量顯示.
▲ 緩慢打開(kāi)閥門(mén),到一個(gè)較小壓力時(shí)停止,觀察傳感器周?chē)欠裼行孤冬F(xiàn)象,并觀察顯示儀是否有流量顯示
▲ .若情況正常,開(kāi)大閥門(mén),穩(wěn)定一段時(shí)間后,觀察儀表顯示的流量是否正常.

▲ Connect with the power supply of the display meter,ａnd observe whether there is flow display on the display meter.
▲ Open the value slowly and stop when the pressure is relatively low.Observe whether there is leakage around the sensor,ａnd observe whether there is flow display on the display meter.
▲ If they are in normal condition,further open the value,ａnd after it is stabilized for a while,observe whether the flow displayed on the meter is normal.

在流體中設(shè)置非流線(xiàn)型旋渦發(fā)生體（阻流體），則從旋渦發(fā)生體兩側(cè)交替地產(chǎn)生兩列有規(guī)則的旋渦，這種旋渦稱(chēng)為卡曼渦街，旋渦列在旋渦發(fā)生體下游非對(duì)稱(chēng)地排列。設(shè)旋渦的發(fā)生頻率為f，被測(cè)介質(zhì)來(lái)流的平均速度為V，旋渦發(fā)生體迎流面寬度為d，表體通徑為D，根據(jù)卡曼渦街原理，有如下關(guān)系式:
