主要特點:

一、采用集熱式加熱法,被加熱容器處于強烈的熱輻射之中,加熱速度是其它平面加熱磁力攪拌器的三倍。溫度均勻、效率高,更適應(yīng)球型燒瓶進行加熱反應(yīng)。
二、本機主要部件選材優(yōu)良,電機選用直流大功率電機,攪拌力矩大、噪音小。特制不銹鋼加熱管在8000C高溫中老化24小時。絕緣電阻>1000MΩ,干燒時安全可靠。磁鋼選用目前磁力強的“釹鐵硼”永磁做轉(zhuǎn)子，確保足夠的吸力和扭矩。
三、結(jié)構(gòu)合理，集熱鍋用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼沖壓而成，與特制加熱管和耐高溫密封組合，可加水（水浴）、加油（油?。?，以及干燒，也是本機主要優(yōu)點所在，加熱部分與電氣箱之間采用散熱板隔離，在高溫加熱攪拌下，不影響整機電氣性能。
