1200度四溫區(qū)管式爐
1200度四溫區(qū)實驗管式爐為實驗室用小型多溫區(qū)高溫管式電阻爐。四溫區(qū)實驗管式爐有四個溫區(qū)分別由四個獨立的溫控系統(tǒng)來控制且都為PID30段程序化控溫。可通過調(diào)節(jié)四個溫區(qū)的控溫程序使爐管內(nèi)溫場形成一溫度梯度，爐管兩端裝有不銹鋼法蘭，不銹鋼法蘭上安裝有氣嘴、閥門和壓力表，抽真空時真空度能夠達到10-3 Pa。
The four temperature zone experimental tubular furnace is a multi temperature zone high temperature tubular resistance furnace produced by sigma high temperature electric furnace. The four temperature zone experimental tubular furnace has four temperature zones, which are controlled by four independent temperature control systems, and all of them are programmed temperature control in pid30 section. By adjusting the temperature control procedures of the four temperature zones, the temperature field in the furnace tube can form a temperature gradient. Stainless steel flanges are installed at both ends of the furnace tube, and gas nozzles, valves and pressure gauges are installed on the stainless steel flanges. The vacuum degree can reach 10-3 PA during vacuum pumping.
管式爐可以預抽真空并能通氫氣、氬氣、氮氣、氧氣、一氧化碳、氨分解氣等氣體,具有溫場均衡、表面溫度低、升降溫度速率快、節(jié)能等優(yōu)點。入保護氣體時候，需確保進出氣閥門同時打開，防止保護管內(nèi)壓力過大，造成爐管破裂；
The tubular furnace can pre vacuum and pass hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, ammonia decomposition gas and other gases. It has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, energy saving and so on. When feeding shielding gas, ensure that the inlet and outlet valves are opened at the same time to prevent excessive pressure in the protection pipe from causing furnace pipe rupture;
