本機器主要由夾瓶帶、輸送帶、二水二氣清洗機組組成,它與烘箱、灌裝機等單機可組成液體生產(chǎn)自動線,也能單獨用于洗瓶之用。玻璃瓶經(jīng)夾瓶帶送進輸送帶,由夾瓶帶夾著瓶子翻轉進入清洗系統(tǒng),用衛(wèi)生泵增壓后注水進行水洗工序,并由針管插入瓶子內腔沖潔凈空氣,完成水氣的清洗工序。本機具有規(guī)格更換方便、洗瓶質量好等特點。是綜合我公司生產(chǎn)多年的瓶裝生產(chǎn)線之經(jīng)驗,結合國內外同類機型優(yōu)點,并根據(jù)客戶工藝要求研制而成。適合于玻璃瓶及強度較高塑料瓶的吹氣清洗,可根據(jù)用戶需要,變換小量規(guī)格件即可用于不同直徑、高度的瓶子。適用于食品、醫(yī)藥、化妝品及化工產(chǎn)品的吹洗。
