The MSO3000 series mixed signal oscilloscope has a bandwidth of up to 500 MHz and a sampling rate of 2.5 GS/s, which provides the required performance for many current mainstream applications. With up to 20 channels, you can use one instrument to analyze both analog and digital signals.
