◆ 設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)介
1、加熱、油炸、儲(chǔ)油、脫油、脫水、油過(guò)濾一體化設(shè)計(jì),在真空下連續(xù)性完成,產(chǎn)品含油量低,產(chǎn)品處于負(fù)壓狀態(tài),在這種相對(duì)缺氧的條件下進(jìn)行食品加工,可以減輕甚至避免氧化作用(例如脂肪酸敗、酶促褐變和其他氧化變質(zhì)等)所帶來(lái)的危害。在負(fù)壓狀態(tài),以油作為傳熱媒介,食品內(nèi)部的水分(自由水和部分結(jié)合水)會(huì)急劇蒸發(fā)而噴出,使組織形成疏松多孔的結(jié)構(gòu);
2、自動(dòng)控制溫度和壓力(真空度),無(wú)過(guò)熱、無(wú)過(guò)壓,確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和安全生產(chǎn);
3、脫油采用變頻調(diào)速,適合含油率低和含油率高的所有產(chǎn)品;
4、油水分離系統(tǒng)可將蒸發(fā)的水油冷卻分離,減少水循環(huán)的污染,提高水的反復(fù)使用率,減少油的損耗;
5、油過(guò)濾系統(tǒng):上下油罐、雙室加熱系統(tǒng)、單獨(dú)控制加熱、油炸時(shí)循環(huán)過(guò)濾油,使油脂始終保持清潔,且減少了油的浪費(fèi);
6、該機(jī)采用不銹剛材料制成,具有工效高、性能穩(wěn)定、安裝使用方便等特點(diǎn)。
