1、在安裝膜元件前，應(yīng)保證系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)完成清潔工作。

2、膜元件在裝入系統(tǒng)時(shí)，要適當(dāng)潤(rùn)滑O型圈和濃水密封圈，可使用硅基膠或50%甘油水溶液，禁止使用油、油脂、凡士林或石油類化合物。

3、將陶氏反滲透膜逐一裝入壓力容器時(shí)，在壓力容器端板處通過加入墊圈的方法消除間隙，以防止在系統(tǒng)啟動(dòng)和停機(jī)時(shí)膜元件在壓力容器中躥動(dòng)，同時(shí)可降低膜元件外連接處滲漏的可能性。
