一、概述

在安裝管道減壓閥時，需要謹慎正規(guī)操作，具體安裝要求如下： 
　　1、 管道減壓閥安裝前，需對管道進行試壓、吹掃，保證管道的密封性與干凈清潔。 
　　2、 管道減壓閥應(yīng)水平垂直安裝在管道上，另安裝時應(yīng)注意使管路中介質(zhì)的流向與閥體上所示箭頭的方向*。 
　　3、 管道減壓閥兩側(cè)應(yīng)安裝控制球閥，并安裝旁通管以備檢修。 
　　4、 管道減壓閥的高、低壓管道上都應(yīng)設(shè)置壓力表，以便于調(diào)節(jié)，并可在運行中觀察閥前和閥后的壓力變化。 
　　5、 管道上設(shè)置安全放散閥，以保證管道減壓閥運行的可靠性和安全性。 
　　6、 室內(nèi)燃氣管道應(yīng)在室內(nèi)設(shè)置燃氣泄露報警器裝置，以保證燃氣泄露危險時，能及時報警并排除險情。 
　　7、為了確保安全使用，在裝好管道減壓閥后，一定要測密封性，可在所有管道接口處使用檢漏儀檢測或刷肥皂水、洗潔精水進行檢查，觀察有無漏氣。如在減壓閥前后安裝有壓力表的，可關(guān)閉氣源后，觀察指針是否有變化。
