ZLG系列振動流化床干燥（冷卻）機(jī)工作原理

物料自進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入機(jī)內(nèi)，在振動力作用下， 物料沿水平方向拋擲向前連續(xù)運(yùn)動，熱風(fēng)向上穿過流化床和濕物料換熱，濕空氣經(jīng)旋風(fēng)分離器除塵后由排風(fēng)口排出，干燥物料由排料口排出。
ZLG系列振動流化床干燥（冷卻）機(jī)應(yīng)用范圍
1．食    品：雞精、海鮮精、味精、檸檬酸、木糖醇、麥芽糖醇、山梨醇、脫水蔬菜、乳酸鈣、酒槽、味精、砂糖、食鹽、礦渣、豆瓣、種籽等。
2、醫(yī)藥化工：各種壓片顆粒，硫酸銨、二氧化硫脲、硼酸、硼砂、苯二酚、蘋果酸、馬來酸等。
3．還可用于物料的冷卻、增濕等。

1．物料受熱均勻，熱交換充分，干燥強(qiáng)度高，比普通干燥機(jī)節(jié)能30%左右。
2．振動源采用振動電機(jī)驅(qū)動，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、維修方便、噪音低、壽命長。
3．流態(tài)化穩(wěn)定，*和吹穿現(xiàn)象。
