1.采用符合食品行業(yè)衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并且耐油的隔膜濾板，隔膜材料制為聚丙烯（pp），利用油（空氣）對隔膜壓榨，壓榨壓力1.6MPa,使得濾餅較干，得油率高。
2.壓榨過程結(jié)束后，對各管道實(shí)行正吹/反吹，將殘留在管道中的油吹回到結(jié)晶罐中，并使得濾餅從濾布上剝離，卸料時(shí)易于脫落
3.所得液油通過特殊的透明的軟管收集到總管當(dāng)中，便于觀察到濾液的濁度狀況，而且有效的防止液油接觸空氣氧化，影響產(chǎn)品的口味，內(nèi)襯鋼絲網(wǎng)的半透明軟管不易折斷、不易壓扁、保證了液油排出流道的暢通
4.濾布及濾布清洗：濾布是隔膜壓濾機(jī)應(yīng)用于油脂分提工藝的核心技術(shù)，直接影響著分擔(dān)的效果與收得率的高低，本公司采用瑞士制造的濾布，使用于硬脂和液油的分離，具有濾液清、濾餅易脫落的特點(diǎn)

3.In orde to observe tubidity degree and to prevent oxygenation which will insult oil taste,all the olein are collected by special transparent hoses to a main pipe,Inner steel screen liner translucent hose can't be snapped or staved to guarantee open drains for olein
