噴霧干燥是液體工藝成形和干燥工業(yè)中泛應(yīng)用的工藝。于從溶液、乳液、懸浮液和可泵性糊狀液體原料中生成粉狀、顆粒狀固體產(chǎn)品。因此，當(dāng)成品的顆粒大小分布、殘留水份含量、堆積密度和顆粒形狀必須符合精確的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)，噴霧干燥是一道十分理想的工藝。

Spray drying is the most widely used process in liquid process forming and drying industry. It is most suitable for producing powdery and granular solid products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions and pumpable pasty liquid raw materials. Therefore, spray drying is an ideal process when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must conform to accurate standards.

原理 Principles

空氣經(jīng)過(guò)過(guò)濾和加熱，進(jìn)入干燥器頂部空氣分配器，熱空氣呈螺旋狀均勻地進(jìn)入干燥室。料液經(jīng)塔體頂部的高速離心霧化器，(旋轉(zhuǎn))噴霧成極細(xì)微的霧狀液珠，與熱空氣并流接觸，在極短的時(shí)間內(nèi)可干燥為成品。成品連續(xù)地由于燥塔底部和旋風(fēng)分離器中輸出，廢氣由風(fēng)機(jī)排空。

After filtration and heating, the air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber spirally and evenly. The feed liquid passes through a high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body and is (rotationally) sprayed into extremely fine atomized liquid beads, which are in parallel flow contact with hot air and can be dried into a finished product in a very short time. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the waste gas is evacuated by the fan.

產(chǎn)品具有良好的均勻度、流動(dòng)性和溶解性、產(chǎn)品純度高、質(zhì)量好。

生產(chǎn)過(guò)程簡(jiǎn)化，操作控制方便。對(duì)于濕含量40-60%(特殊物料可達(dá)90%)的液體能一次千燥成粉粒產(chǎn)品，干燥后不需粉碎和篩選，減少生產(chǎn)工序，提高產(chǎn)品純度。對(duì)產(chǎn)品粒徑、松密度、水份，在一定

范圍內(nèi)可通過(guò)改變操作條件進(jìn)行調(diào)整，控制和管理都很方便。

The drying speed is fast. The surface area of the feed liquid is greatly increased after atomization. In hot air flow, 95%-98% of water can beevaporated in an instant. The drying time is only a few seconds. It is especially suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.

The product has good uniformity, fluidity and solubility, high purity and good quality.

The production process is simplified and the operation and control are convenient. For liquids with a moisture content of 40-60% (special materials can reach 90%), they can be dried into powder products at one time without crushing and screening after drying, thus reducing production procedures and improving product purity. The particle size, bulk density and water content of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a certain range, and the control and management are very convenient.
