旋轉(zhuǎn)式壓片機(jī)

主要特點(diǎn)                                                                 

♦單壓式，單面出片。使用IPT沖模，可將顆粒狀原料壓制成圓形片和各種規(guī)格的異形片。

♦有預(yù)壓和主壓兩次壓片功能，可提高壓片質(zhì)量。

♦采用觸摸屏調(diào)速裝置，操作方便，安全可靠。

♦采用PLC編程器，具有數(shù)字化顯示功能，如接配有USB口，可實(shí)現(xiàn)壓片工作狀態(tài)的數(shù)據(jù)采集。

♦主傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)合理，傳動(dòng)穩(wěn)動(dòng)性好，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。

♦配有機(jī)電過載保護(hù)裝置，當(dāng)壓力過載時(shí)，能自動(dòng)停機(jī)。有壓力超壓保護(hù)、緊停裝置、強(qiáng)排風(fēng)散熱裝置。

♦不銹鋼外圍罩殼為全封閉形式，凡與藥物接觸的零件均采用不銹鋼材料或經(jīng)表面處理。

♦壓片室四面為透明有機(jī)玻璃，且能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部清理和保養(yǎng)。

♦配強(qiáng)迫加料器或普通加料器。
