本設(shè)備適用于中藥、西藥、葡萄糖、淀粉糖、口服液、化工、食品、味精、乳品等熱敏性物料的低溫真空濃濃縮，用戶可根據(jù)濃縮量來選用技術(shù)參數(shù)中系統(tǒng)濃縮器。

This equipment is suitable for low temperature vaccum concentration of heat-sensitive materials such as Chinese medicine,west medicine, glucose,wine,starch,oral solution,foodstuffs,monosodium glutamate,dairy product. You choose different  concentrator  according to different concentrating requirment .

特點(diǎn)與效益：

1、  節(jié)能效益，按WZ1000型計(jì)算，一年節(jié)約蒸氣約3500噸，冷卻水9萬噸，節(jié)約電8萬多度，折合人民幣10-15萬元（與同規(guī)格的單效相比）。

2、  本濃縮器采用二效同時(shí)蒸汽，二次蒸汽得到充分利用既節(jié)約能耗，能耗與單效濃縮器相比降低50%。

3、  本設(shè)備采用外加熱自然型循環(huán)式與真空負(fù)壓蒸發(fā)方式，蒸發(fā)速度快，濃縮比重大。液料在全封閉中無泡沫濃縮，用本設(shè)備濃縮出來的藥液具有無污染，藥味濃。清洗方便（打開加熱器的上蓋即可）。

4、  本設(shè)備與藥液接觸部位均采用Ocr18Ni9不銹鋼制成，符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。加熱器，蒸發(fā)器外加保溫，保溫外層用花紋不銹鋼薄板，設(shè)備在車間顯得豪華美觀。

3、         The equipment uses extrinisic heating  natural circulation and the vacuum pressure evaporation,with fast evaporation speed and large specific density of concentration.The fluid is concentrated without foam in totally enclosed condition.The extract from this equipment is with out pollution,with thic medicinal flaver.It is easy to clean (just open topcover of heater)

4、         This part in contact with fluid equipmentare made of Ocr18Ni9 stainless steel in conformity with GMPstandard.The heat preservation layer with outer surface made of checkered stainless sheet.
