德國巴赫進(jìn)口鑄鋼法蘭截止閥概述：

進(jìn)口鑄鋼法蘭截止閥屬于強(qiáng)制密封式閥門，所以在閥門關(guān)閉時(shí)，必須向閥瓣施加壓力，以強(qiáng)制密封面不泄漏。當(dāng)介質(zhì)由閥瓣下方進(jìn)入閥六時(shí)，操作力所需要克服的阻力，是閥桿和填料的磨擦力與由介質(zhì)的壓力所產(chǎn)生的推力，關(guān)閥門的力比開閥門的力大，所以閥桿的直徑要大，否則會(huì)發(fā)生閥桿頂彎的故障。近年來，從自密封的閥門出現(xiàn)后，法蘭截止閥的介質(zhì)流向就改由閥瓣上方進(jìn)入閥腔，這時(shí)在介質(zhì)壓力作用下，關(guān)閥門的力小，而開閥門的力大，閥桿的直徑可以相應(yīng)地減少。同時(shí)，在介質(zhì)作用下，這種形式的閥門也較嚴(yán)密。截止閥的流向，一律采用自上而下。
截止閥開啟時(shí)，閥瓣的開啟高度，為公稱直徑的25%～30%時(shí)，流量已達(dá)到zui大，表示閥門已達(dá)全開位置。所以截止閥的全開位置，應(yīng)由閥瓣的行程來決定。本類閥門在管道中一般應(yīng)當(dāng)水平安裝。

1. 截止閥結(jié)構(gòu)比閘閥簡單，制造與維修都較方便。
   2、密封面不易磨損及擦傷，密封性好，啟閉時(shí)閥瓣與閥體密封面之間無相對(duì)滑動(dòng)，因而磨損與擦傷均不嚴(yán)重，密封性能好，使用壽命長。
   3、啟閉時(shí)，閥瓣行程小，因而截止閥高度比閘閥小，但結(jié)構(gòu)長度比閘閥長。
   4、啟閉力矩大、啟閉較費(fèi)力，啟閉時(shí)間校長。
   5、流體阻力大，因閥體內(nèi)介質(zhì)通道較曲折，流體阻力大，動(dòng)力消耗大。
   6、介質(zhì)流動(dòng)方向：公稱壓力PN≤16MPa時(shí)，一般采用順流，介質(zhì)從閥瓣下方向上流；公稱壓力PN≥20MPa時(shí)，一般采用逆流，介質(zhì)從閥瓣上方向下流．以增加密封件能。使用時(shí)，截止閥介質(zhì)只能單方向流動(dòng)，不能改變流動(dòng)方向。
   7、截止閥全開時(shí)閥瓣經(jīng)常受沖蝕。
