復合材料滑動摩擦磨損試驗機   本機采用高精度扭矩傳感器，16 位單片機電子處理系統(tǒng)，使得本儀器各項測試指標精度非常高。由于集成程度很高，所以設備本身的穩(wěn)定性*，本機具有一次設置，全自動運行，實驗結束后自動停機，并檢測磨損程度，同時通過打印機打印試驗數(shù)據(jù)等功能。是各個科研單位，大學，企業(yè)實驗室的*檢測設備。

1、試樣尺寸： 30mm×7mm×6mm； sample size: 30mm x 7mm x 6mm;

2、轉動速度rotation speed： ≤200 轉/分（可調(diào)adjustable）；

3、負荷load： (20KG)196N ± 0.1%,可增至(40KG)392N；

4、摩擦環(huán)尺寸：≥￠40×10mm ，倒角≥0.5×45°，外圓表面與內(nèi)圓同心度偏差≤0.01；the size of the friction ring is greater than or equal to 40 x 10mm, the chamfering is equal to 0.5 x 45 degrees, and the concentricity deviation between the outer surface and the inner circle is less than 0.01.

試驗設備test equipment

1、傳動系統(tǒng)，用來帶動圓環(huán)以給定的轉速旋轉，精確到5%以內(nèi)，并要求圓環(huán)安裝部位軸的徑向跳動小于0.01毫米。1. The transmission system is used to drive the ring to rotate at a given speed, accurate to within 5%, and the radial runout of the shaft at the installation position of the ring is required to be less than 0.01mm.

2、加載系統(tǒng)，對試樣和圓環(huán)，可施加法向力，精確到5%以內(nèi)。2. Loading system, for the sample and the ring, the additional force can be applied, accurate to within 5%.

3、測定和記錄摩擦力矩系統(tǒng)，精確到5%以內(nèi)。3. Measure and record the friction torque system to within 5%.

4、記錄圓環(huán)轉數(shù)的計數(shù)器或記時器，精確到1%以內(nèi)。4. A counter or chronograph for recording the revolution of a ring, with an accuracy of less than 1%.

5、試樣夾具結構和尺寸見圖2，并附配墊圈 4 GB 848-76，沉頭螺釘M3×0.35長10毫米。要保證試樣安置后無軸向竄動。5. See Fig. 2 for the structure and dimension of the sample clamp, with washer 4 GB 848-76, countersunk screw m3 × 0.35 with length of 10 mm. Ensure that there is no axial movement after the sample is placed.

注：試驗設備本標準*采用M-200型磨損試驗機。Note: M-200 wear testing machine is recommended in this standard.

6、本試驗中圓環(huán)的材質(zhì)對塑料磨損試驗結果影響很大，因此本標準采用的圓環(huán)，其外形尺寸見圖3。6. The material of the ring in this test has a great influence on the plastic wear test results. Therefore, the ring adopted in this standard has the dimensions shown in Figure 3.

材料為45號鋼，圓環(huán)要求整體淬火，熱處理HRC 40～45，外圓表面光潔度▽8，倒角處均為0.5×45度，外圓表面與內(nèi)圓同心度偏差小于0.01.The material is 45 steel, the ring is required to be quenched as a whole, the heat treatment is HRC 40-45, the surface finish of the outer circle is ▽ 8, the chamfering is 0.5 × 45 degree, and the concentricity deviation between the outer circle surface and the inner circle is less than 0.01.

    圓環(huán)可以反復使用，每次試驗后，需重新磨削。當外徑小于36毫米就不能再用。作仲裁試驗時必須用直徑40毫米的圓環(huán)。The ring can be used repeatedly. After each test, it needs to be grinded again. When the outer diameter is less than 36 mm, it can not be reused. A ring with a diameter of 40 mm must be used for the arbitration test.

試驗條件Test conditions

試驗中上轉軸保持靜止，下轉軸以200轉/分轉動,摩擦副做滑動摩擦,對磨2小時,負荷20公斤,根據(jù)材料,允許選擇其它負荷.試驗環(huán)境溫度為23±5攝氏度.During the test, the upper shaft remains stationary, the lower shaft rotates at 200 rpm, and the friction pair is subject to sliding friction. For 2 hours, the load is 20kg. Other loads are allowed according to the materials. The test environment temperature is 23 ± 5 ℃.

試驗報告Test report

試驗報告應包括下列內(nèi)容：The test report shall include the following contents:

A.塑料名稱、規(guī)格、牌號、生產(chǎn)廠；A. plastic name, specification, brand and manufacturer;

B.試樣的制備方法，摩擦表面狀況，測定的試樣個數(shù)；B. preparation method of sample, friction surface condition, number of samples measured;

C.環(huán)境溫度、溫度及狀態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)條件；C. environment temperature, temperature and state regulation conditions;

D.圓環(huán)材質(zhì)、硬度、光潔度和外徑尺寸；D. ring material, hardness, finish and outer diameter;

E.試驗負荷；E. test load;

F.試驗結果：磨痕寬度或體積磨損及摩擦系數(shù)的測定結果；F. test results: test results of wear mark width or volume wear and friction coefficient;

G.試驗日期、人員。G. test date and personnel.
