胺類活性染料,近紅外熒光染料,Cy7?的改進的類似物。近紅外熒光素可以被用來利用生物組織的近紅外窗口。在這個光譜區(qū)域,高度增強的組織透明度使得活體成像成為可能。該染料可用于制備CY7標(biāo)記的生物分子來進行后續(xù)試驗,如活體研究及藥物開發(fā)相關(guān)實驗。Cy7的特殊結(jié)構(gòu)加固了中心聚亞甲基(polymethyne)鏈的穩(wěn)定性。這種增強的分子結(jié)構(gòu)會使其量子產(chǎn)率較其母結(jié)構(gòu)提供20%,因此它的熒光強度會更大。
該試劑在標(biāo)記時需要共溶劑有機溶劑。水溶Cy7 NHS ester可以用于蛋白NIR標(biāo)記。
