YPG 系列壓力式噴霧造粒干燥機(jī)

◆本機(jī)組是一種可以同時(shí)完成干燥和造粒的裝置，按工藝要求可以調(diào)節(jié)料液汞

的壓力、流量、噴孔的大小，得到所需的按一定大小比例的球形顆粒。

◆本機(jī)組工作過程為料液通過隔膜汞高壓輸入，噴出霧狀液滴，然后同熱空氣

并流下降，大部分粉粒由塔底排料口收集，廢氣及其微小粉末經(jīng)旋風(fēng)分離器分 離，廢氣由抽風(fēng)機(jī)排出，粉末由設(shè)在旋風(fēng)分離器下端的授粉筒收集，風(fēng)機(jī)出口 還可裝備二級(jí)除塵裝置，回收率在96% - 98%以上。

◆本機(jī)組與物料接觸部分的塔體、管道、分離器的材料均采用SUS304制作，

在塔體內(nèi)部與外殼之間有足夠的保溫層，填充材料為超細(xì)玻璃棉。塔體設(shè)有觀 察門、視鏡、光源及控制儀表。由電器控制操作和顯示。

◆本機(jī)組的熱源裝置采用蒸氣加熱或電加熱器，具有操作方便、啟動(dòng)快、結(jié)構(gòu)

緊湊、熱風(fēng)干凈清潔等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。另外在電氣控制柜內(nèi)裝有電加熱器的控制調(diào)節(jié)裝 置，使進(jìn)口溫度無級(jí)調(diào)節(jié),對(duì)于缺電地區(qū)可采用蒸氣加熱或燃煤熱風(fēng)爐等方式, 局部或全部代替電加熱裝置,本廠可以根據(jù)用戶的實(shí)際提供需要的加熱方式。

◆The set is an apparantus that can finish drying and granuliating at the same time,The needed ball granule with certain size and ratio can be got in accordance with requirements of process by adjusting pressure flow. and size of atomizing hole.

◆ The working processs of the set is as follow: the liquid of raw material is pumped through high-pressure pump,the liquid of raw material atomizes to small drops,then it gathers with hot air and fall off.Most parts of powder material will be collected through the outlet of dis- charge at the bottom ,The wasted air and fine powder will be separated through cyclone,The wastes air will be exhause through draught fan and powder will be collected at the bottom of cyclone,At the outlet it can also equipped with two grades of duster,It ratio of recove will be over  96%-98%.

◆The tower body, pipes, separator of the set where will contact with raw material made of SUS304.There is enough layer of heat preservation between inner and outer of tower body,The filled material is fine glass cotton,The tower body is also equipped with observa- tion door ,sight glass, lamp-house and control instruments that is controlled and displayed through electric control panel.

◆The heat source of the set may be steam or electric heater,Its feature are convenient in op- eration, quick in start,compact structure,clean of hot air and so on , Moreover being installed control and regulating device inside electric control cabinet,the inlet temperature can be controlled through stepless regulation. The steam,coal fule can be applied to the place where has not electricity . It can replace electric heating locally or fully, The factory can previde dif- ferent heating method in accodance with the practical condition of customer.

體、白碳黑、石墨、磷銨等。

◆  食品:氨基酸及類似物、調(diào)味料、蛋白質(zhì)、淀粉、乳制品、咖啡抽取物、魚 粉、肉精等。

◆ The dry speed is fast, the surface area of raw material liquid after atomized will be increased greatly, 95％-98％ of moisture can be evaporated at moment, the time of drying needs about ten seconds to several-tens seconds, it is suitable for drying material particulary .
