XF 系列臥式沸騰干燥機(jī)

◆沸騰干燥，又稱流化床，它是由空氣過(guò)濾器、加熱器、沸騰床主機(jī)，

旋風(fēng)分離器、布袋除塵器、高壓離心風(fēng)機(jī)、操作臺(tái)組成，由于干燥物料 的性質(zhì)不同，配套除塵設(shè)備時(shí)，可按需要考慮，可同時(shí)選擇旋風(fēng)分離 器、布袋除塵器，也可選擇其中一種，一般來(lái)說(shuō)比重較大的如沖劑及顆 粒物料干燥只需選擇旋風(fēng)分離器，比重較輕的小顆粒狀和粉狀物料需配 套布袋除塵器，并備有氣力送料裝置及皮帶輸送機(jī)供選擇。

◆本設(shè)備有連續(xù)型與間隙式兩種操作方式。

◆蒸氣、電、熱風(fēng)爐均可配用(按用戶要求配套)。

◆Fluidization drier is also called as fluidized-bed.It consists of air filter, heater

,fluidized-bed main machine,feeder,cyclone separator,cloth bag duster,high- pressure centrifuge fan and console. Because the property of raw materials is difference,it is necessary to equip dust remover in accordance with practi- cal needs. It can select cyclone separator and cloth bag duster both or one of them.In general, it needs to select cyclone separator only for raw material that is large and cloth bag duster for the material which is powder or small and light granule,meanwhile there pneumatic feeding device and belt conveyor for selec- tion.XF 系列臥式沸騰干燥機(jī)

◆Operation of this machine are continuous and intermitter type.

◆Steam,electricity or hot air furnace can be used (it can be supplied as re- quest).
