◆  工作原理是讓液狀或泥漿狀物料在水蒸汽或其他熱載體加熱的滾筒

表面形成薄膜，滾筒轉(zhuǎn)一圈的過程中便被干燥完畢，用刮刀把產(chǎn)品刮 下來，露出的滾筒表面再次與原料接觸并形成薄膜進(jìn)行干燥。
