FZG/YZG 型方形、圓形靜態(tài)真空干燥

◆  真空下物料溶液的沸點降低，使蒸發(fā)器的傳熱推動力增大，因此對一定的傳熱量 可以節(jié)省蒸發(fā)器的傳熱面積。

◆  蒸發(fā)操作的熱源可采用低壓蒸汽或廢熱蒸汽。FZG/YZG 型方形、圓形靜態(tài)真空干燥

◆  在干燥前可進行消毒處理，干燥過程中無任何不純物混入，符合GMP要求。

◆  屬于靜態(tài)真空干燥器，故干燥物料的形體不會損壞。

◆ Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the evaporation's efficiency higher. Therefore, it can save the conducting area of evaporator under the same quantity of heat transfer.

◆ The heat source for evaporating can be low pressure steam or surplus waste steam.

◆ The heat of evaporation loss is less.

◆ Before drying, the drier can be disinfected. During the period of drying, there is no impurity ma- terial mixed. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP.

◆ It is static type drier. So integrate shape of raw material will not be danaged.
