◆   該機(jī)型由容器、螺旋攪拌葉片和傳動(dòng)部件組成;螺旋葉片一般做成雙層 或三層,外層螺旋將物料從兩側(cè)向*匯集,內(nèi)層螺旋將物料從*兩側(cè)輸 送,形成對(duì)流混合。一般用于粘性或有凝聚性的粉粒體的混合以及粉粒體 中添加液體及糊狀物料的混合,由于該機(jī)裝載系數(shù)大、設(shè)備占地面積小及 粘性物料清洗困難的特點(diǎn),適用于產(chǎn)量大、不經(jīng)常更換品種的場(chǎng)合混合。WLDH 系列臥式螺帶混合機(jī)

◆ This machine is composed of container, screw stirring paddles and transitional parts; the screw paddle are generally made into 1 layer or 3 layers, the outer screw converge is the material to the  from two sides, and the inner layer of screw conveys the material to the two sides from the so as to from convection mixing. It is generally used in the mixing of viscous or adhesive powder material, or the mixing of powder which needs to add liquid, and paste material. The machine is characterized by big coefficient of loading, small occu- pied area and difficult to clean viscous material. So it is suitable for the mixing case, where the output is large and there is no need of displacing material variety frequently.
