經(jīng)過浮選得到的【鉬精礦】及【焙燒】前的鉬精礦都存在著【干燥問題】。特別是經(jīng)過浮選的鉬精礦,雖然經(jīng)過了一定的過濾、壓濾,其水分含量仍然很高。為便于運(yùn)輸及下道工序的加工,必須經(jīng)過干燥,使其達(dá)到規(guī)定的含水率。鉬精礦的干燥方法及使用的設(shè)備種類很多,干燥效果各不一樣。
目前,江西銅業(yè)公司德興銅礦采用了一套由【遼寧東大粉體工程技術(shù)有限公司】開發(fā)研制的一套【斯德干燥機(jī)】,對(duì)鉬精礦進(jìn)行干燥,取得了較好的干燥效果,該套裝置在國內(nèi)為*應(yīng)用,現(xiàn)在已充分顯示出了它的*性能,產(chǎn)量大,能耗低,含水率可調(diào)。德興銅礦所生產(chǎn)的鉬精礦是銅礦副產(chǎn)鉬精礦,生產(chǎn)過程工藝條件具有一定的特殊性。所選的鉬精礦內(nèi)含有較多的Na、Ca等雜質(zhì)成份。這些有害成份,對(duì)高溫干燥過程亦有一定的影響。因此,在采用斯德干燥過程中充分注意到了這一點(diǎn)。利用間接換熱熱風(fēng)爐所得到的潔凈熱空氣去干燥鉬精礦,避免增加干燥后鉬精礦的含雜量??刂茻犸L(fēng)溫度、流量、流速,使進(jìn)入斯德干燥機(jī)內(nèi)的熱空氣與鉬精礦充分?jǐn)嚢?、混合?/font>
鉬精礦在斯德干燥機(jī)內(nèi)呈高度分散狀態(tài)存在于熱空氣流體中,由于鉬精礦與熱空氣能夠充分的混合,且懸浮于斯德干燥機(jī)內(nèi),因此干燥過程快而充分。該混合流體經(jīng)除塵器,鉬精礦被收集,含濕廢氣經(jīng)風(fēng)機(jī)排空,全過程可控。

Preface
At the present time most of the corporations use both reflect kilnout heating rolling kiln in China. And most of corporations abroad use multi chambers kilns.
As the development of molybdenum products market, the performance of the calcinerend gas controlling effect the corporation’ benefit.
The inner heating equipments designedmanufactured by our Co. used in molybdenum dryingcalciningthe end gas controlling is more advanced than traditional ones in technology.
Process schemethe system configuration
The system consists of the main parts of moly drying, inner heating rolling kiln system, collecting system,mixing air system of direct heating furnace of burning coal.
The processes are as follows:
Put the moly concentrate powder into the dryer to dryto average particle,then the dried powder be fed to the bunker by conveyor, then to the kiln. Being the source of heating air the direct heating furnace supports hot air to rolling kiln to calcining the molybdenum.
The gas of sulfur dioxide generated during the production is treated by temperature adjuster, cyclone collector, bag collector,static dust catcher. The air treated is let out. The treatment method of sulfur dioxide can be sodium sulfiimestone. The first one cost higherthe other one is simplemuch cheaper.
The main technology is in:
1. Using direct inner heating rolling kiln to calcine can make the life of the equipment much longerheighten the thermal efficiency much.
2. The system equipped with dryer can reduce the acid materials out. As the materials being average therefore the calcining is full.
3. The system uses two collecting system the rate of collection is high.
4. The system is in the tiny negative pressure operation there is no dust out. The rate of collection is heightened.

The detail is as follows:
1. Capacity : One system produces moly oxide 7~8 ton / h.
2. sulfur content in moly oxide is ≤0.07%
3. One ton moly oxide production cost standard coal about 350 KG.
4. One ton moly oxide production cost electricity 280kwh.
5. Rate of collection of the dust ≥99.5%
6. The energy for the system is about 120 kw.

Manufacture time 80 ~100 days
1. Design feetraining fee RMB 126,400.00 should prepay in one time in one week.
Seller supply:
1 seller sets the engineers to the plant to direct installation, train operator, adjusttest equipments
2 seller supplies groundwork draws, process draws, pipeline connecting drawscontrolling draws.
3directing installing time are 30 workdays, adjusting times are 7 workdays
2. Buyer supplies the traveling expenses, foodaccommodation.
3. Buyer supplies cablewire from controlling board to the machines.
4. touch-up painting is led by buyer.
5. The materials that the part touches the materials being dried are made from carbon steel.
The materials that the part touches the materials being calcining are made from refractories. The conveyor is made from carbon steel.
6. Buyer supply the pipes for draft fan
7. Some parts of equipment should be welded at the locale, buyer pays for it.
8. Platform, bracket, guardrail should be made at the locale, buyer pay for it ,seller supplies the draws of them.
Remarks
Every production line is made a single system according to the buyer. The workshop would be designed for two production lines. The area for part of calcining is 24×50×10 M2, for end gas treading is 24×50×10 M2.
The processes will be adjusted if need.
