真空上料機(jī)是國內(nèi)、理想的粉狀物料、粒狀物料、粉粒混合物料的真空輸送設(shè)備。能自動地將各種物料輸送到包裝機(jī)、注塑機(jī)、粉碎機(jī)、振動篩等設(shè)備的料斗中,也能直接把混合的物料輸送到混合機(jī)(如V型混合機(jī)、二維混合機(jī)、三維混合機(jī)等)中,減輕了工人的勞動強(qiáng)度,解決了加料時粉塵外溢等問題。真空上料機(jī)由真空泵(無油、無水),不銹鋼吸料嘴、輸送軟管、PE過濾器(或316不銹鋼過濾器),壓縮空氣反吹裝置、氣動放料門裝置、真空料斗和料位自動控制裝置等組成,整套系統(tǒng)設(shè)置合理,外觀精美,符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn),是食品行業(yè)和制藥行業(yè)理想的上料設(shè)備。
