Each contains 0.25 g TFA Aminolink.

TFA Aminolink is used for 5’ attachment of amine group during oligonucleotide synthesis.

We offer several phosphoramidites that impart linkers for coupling other labels, and the means to add a phosphate during oligonucleotide synthesis. The label is treated as if it were simply another base: It is inserted at the appropriate place in the sequence and incorporated automatically.

• Specialty phosphoramidites allow online addition of labels and linkers during synthesis, saving time in production of labeled probes and primers.
• They are designed and optimized for use with ABI synthesizers, guaranteeing reliable nucleic acid synthesis.
• We offer a range of specialty phosphoramites and linkers to give you the flexibility demanded in oligonucleotide synthesis.

Amine linker:
An oligonucleotide incorporating a primary amine readily accepts a variety of labels. TFA Aminolink™ phosphoramidite establishes that amino group at the 5'-end during nucleic acid synthesis.
