一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹
Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
本機(jī)系利用對稱或不對稱的兩只桶型容器組合成“V"字型,物料在V字型容器運(yùn)行中形成一分一合過程。在此運(yùn)行過程中實現(xiàn)兩股物料充分混合之目的。本機(jī)適用于制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè)可進(jìn)行兩種或兩種以上干粉狀、顆粒狀物料的混和。
The symmetrical or asymmetrical two bucket containers form the “V" shape, and the materials will be separated and combined separay during the operation of V-shaped container, thus to fully mix two materials during this process. This equipment is applicable to pharmacy, chemical and food industries for mixing of two or more dry powder and particle materials.

Note: The charging coefficient is in the range of 0.3~0.4. The production capacity in the table shall all be calculated according to the charging coefficient of 0.4, the material density of 0.6 and the mixing time of 6 min.
